Today I have a few more autumn themed card ideas to share featuring the Pick of the Patch Bundle. The cards showcase traditional and non-traditional autumn color combinations. There are a total of 8 card ideas created by using (and re-using) 4 different card layouts.
Non-Traditional Autumn Colors
Let’s start out by talking about the non-traditional autumn colors. The inspiration for this color combination came from the Tartan Foil Designer Series Paper. This particular paper pack has three different colors: Lost Lagoon, Copper Clay and Pebbled Path. It is an online exclusive so be sure to check it out HERE. Lost Lagoon, White and Crumb Cake work together perfectly for these cards. The white pumpkins feature a bit of heat embossing, but you could also use white craft ink.
To create the first card, start with a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock for the base of the card. Cut a 3/4 x 4 inch piece of the Tartan Foild and adhere it towards the left side of the card front as shown. Next, cut a 2-1/2 x 5-1/4 inch piece of white cardstock and emboss it with the Distressed Tile 3D embossing folder or simply use one of your favorite folders. Tear off about a 1/2-3/4 inches from the bottom of this piece and adhere to the card front as shown. Decorate as desired.

The layout for the second card Start by cutting a 1-1/2 x 4-3/4 inch piece of the Tartan Foil and adhere it to left side of the card front. Cut a 4-1/4 x 4-3/4 inch piece of white cardstock. Emboss the cardstock with the Distressed Tile 3D embossing folder. Tear off about 3/4-1 inch off the left side of the white cardstock and adhere it to the card front. Decorate the card as desired.

The layout for these last two cards will be discussed in the next section when I talk about the traditional colors.
Traditional Autumn Colors
The last 4 card ideas have the same layout (or design) as the first 4. However, I changed the look of the cards by simply using different colors. I love to show you different ways to use a card layout over and over again with different colors or supplies. As such, the last 4 Pick of the Patch card ideas feature more traditional autumn colors such as Crumb Cake, Copper Clay and Early Espresso.

The focal point for all of the cards I am sharing today is basically the same. It features a 2-3/8 x 2-3/8 inch square shape which I cut using one of the Stylish Shapes Dies. Simply stamp two different sized pumpkins in two different colors. Punch out the pumpkins using the Patch Builder Punch and decorate as desired.

The layout for these last two card ideas might look a little familiar as the inspiration came from the September Paper Pumpkin kit. You can get additional details on the card layouts HERE.
Pick of the Patch
Now you have 4 different card layouts you can use with the Pick of the Patch Bundle or any other supplies you have on hand. If you decide to create these autumn-themed cards, keep in mind you can use these layouts with any colors. Which color combinations would you choose?

I hope you enjoy these card ideas and are inspired to get creative! For more card ideas featuring the Pick of the Patch Bundle, check out my one sheet wonder idea HERE. Have a fun and creative day my friends! ~ Lynn
