Coneflower Celebrations Fun Fold Cards

If you love making handmade cards, you’re going to enjoy today’s project! I’ll be sharing two different ways you can create a fun fold card using the Coneflower Celebrations Bundle from Stampin’ Up! Fun fold cards are a great way to step up your card making because they add depth and dimension to your design.

The Fun Fold Design

First let’s talk about the basics of this fun fold design. Start with a 5-1/2 x 8-1/2″ piece of Basic Gray cardstock. Score the 8-1/2″ side at 1 and 5-1/4″ to create the base of the fun fold card. Decorate the front of the fun fold card with patterned paper and/or embossed paper. You can get all the measurements in the tutorial at the end of this blog post.

There are two sets of coneflowers for this card. The first set is used as the “front flap” of the fun fold. When you lift up the yellow coneflower, it reveals another coneflower underneath (pic#2). When you open the bottom section of the fun fold it reveals a middle section (pic #3). Finally, when you lift up on the middle section, it reveals the inside of the card (pic#4). So basically, this fun fold card has three different sections!
