This is one of my favorite stamp sets, Fabulous Florets, from the 2011-2012 Idea Book and Catalog! Flowers are a girls best friends, right? Oh wait…I think diamonds are. 🙂 Well, flowers are a girls best friend when it comes to decorating cards. I used Pumpkin Spice and Always Artichoke card stock and inks on this card. The design on the butterfly is actually one of the florets from the stamp set. I simply stamped it on a sheet of white card stock and used the butterfly punch to cut out the floret. On the bottom of the card, I embossed a strip of orange card stock and used the eyelet border punch on both sides of a green strip of card stock. I secured the butterfly with a small gold brad.
