Today I want to share a super simple way to create some masculine themed triple layer cards! Now if you are familiar with the triple layer card making technique then you know that it requires cutting many different sized pieces of paper and then stamping on top of all of those layers.
Well the NEW little tip I have today means no more cutting multiple pieces of paper by hand (or with your paper trimmer). No more stamping over several different layers of cardstock at one time. What I am about to share with you today is a total game changer for triple layer cards!
Geared Up Garage
But before I share all the details, let’s talk about the awesome stamp set that I used to create these masculine cards. The set is called Geared Up Garage (Stampin’ Up) and it has a variety of fun images for the car enthusiast!
The first triple layer card showcases some of the fun images from the Geared Up Garage stamp set. To create the background, randomly stamp the images on a piece of yellow paper. Then simply cut the paper into rectangular shapes and then frame out (or matte) each piece with some gray cardstock. The second card features one of the of the patterns of paper from the Classic Garage Designer Series Paper (DSP) pack. Again, simplly cut the DSP into rectangular shapes and then frame out (or matte) each one with a piece of Tranquil Tide cardstock.

Creating The Layers
In this week’s video, I show you how to make triple layer cards with the rectangular stitched framelit dies! These dies enable you to quickly and easily create multiple layers on your cards. Like this card which features a little twist on the triple layer technique with two panels side by side.
