Today I wanted to share a fun little card idea created with the Home Life product bundle. The stamp set has some fabulous images that can be used together or individually to create all sorts of fun things to celebrate our Home Lives! And the sentiments in the set are perfect for welcoming a new neighbor! You can also use the sentiments to send out congratulations to the new home owner, a new baby or a message to the newly weds! Lots of fun possibilities for this set!
This particular card was created for a special couple as they just moved into a new home! When I learned of the news, I just had to pull out this stamp set and make them a special card. To make this card, start with a piece of Peekaboo Peach cardstock for the base of your card. Emboss the front of the card with your favorite embossing folder. Grab a piece of white cardstock that is large enough for the house die cut (framelit). Cut out the house. Stamp the two different flowery images onto the house using Sweet Sugar Plum ink and Daffodil Delight. On a separate piece of paper, stamp the large flowery image using Peekaboo Peach. Cut out the large flowers with the coordinating framelit and adhere the peach flowers to the house as shown. For the finishing touch stamp the banner and sentiment. Cut out the banner with the coordinating framelit and adhere to the card as shown. You can add a little bit of a doily to embellish.
