Yep, you guessed it…I have yet another convention inspired card to share with all of you today! And it is sportin’ such an awesome little technique…stampin’ over “tile.”
Now I’m not sure if you can see it very well but the background, which contains all of those beautiful creative elements images, actually has been scored to look like little tiles! Simply cut a piece of white cardstock to 5 x 3 inches and score each side every 1 inch….then just randomly stamp your images over the “tiles.” Once I stamped all of my images, I adhered this piece to a 5 1/4 x 3 1/4 inch piece of baked brown sugar cardstock to give it a “matted” look.
For this card I used the adorable little creative elements stamp set! The images are stamped with the new In Colors: Strawberry Slush and Baked Brown Sugar! Of course I also had to add a little In Color embellishment, some Strawberry Slush Ruffled Trim and an elegant butterfly! Beautiful card and definitely one of the favorites from last week’s class!
