Today I have a variety of card ideas to share featuring the Hello Irresistible Collection from Stampin’ Up! The Hello Irresistible Collection is one of many products being released as part of Stampin’ Up!’s online exclusives. However, keep in mind that you can use any supplies you have on hand with these card layouts.
Hello Irresistible Collection
The NEW Hello Irresistible Collection includes a stamp set, die set, designer series paper and a container of loose frosted dots. The paper has gorgeous florals which you can cut out with the Irresistible Blooms dies and use as embellishments on your cards. The card layouts are quick and simple ideas which can be used with the Hello Irresistible Collection or any other supplies you have on hand.
The first card layout features a 2 x 5-1/4 inch piece of DSP on the right side of the card front. Cut a 4 x 5-1/4 inch piece of white cardstock. Emboss the cardstock with one of the NEW Basics Embossing Folders (or your favorite embossing folder). The Basics embossing folders are another new Online Exclusive product! Tear the embossed cardstock, as shown, and adhere to the card front. Embellish as desired.
The layout for the second card features a 2 x 5-1/2 inch piece of DSP down the center of the card front. Cut a 4-1/4 x 4 inch piece of Soft Sea Foam cardstock. Use the Irresistible Blooms die to create the fancy circle shape in the middle of the cardstock. Cut a 3-3/4 x 3-3/4 inch piece of the dark green DSP and adhere to the center of the card front. Then adhere the circular shape over the top with a few dimensionals.
Using Up Scraps
The last two card layouts feature a great way to use up scraps. The Irresistible Blooms make fabulous focal points. The first card showcases a simple panel card design. Each piece is cut to 4 inches in length. The widths of the 3 pieces are 1-1/4, 1 and 3/4 inches. Adhere the pieces to a 4 x 5-1/4 inch piece of white cardstock and then adhere to the card front.
The last card layout features a 2 x 5-1/2 and a 1 x 5-1/2 inch piece of DSP. For this particular card, I decided to cut out the florals which are on the edges of the DSP. You can use the half flowers to decorate the outside and/or the inside of the card.
