Birthday Piggy Card Ideas
The first set of cards I have to share are Birthday Piggy cards, of course! The images in this set are absolutely adorable, aren’t they? And now that there is a matching die set, called Playful Piggies, I can’t seem to stop creating with it! I love when a stamp set has a coordinating die set. No more fussy cutting these images!
The first card features some simple layering. It is very similar to a design I shared before. Yes, you can reuse your card designs! Start by cutting a 2 x 5 inch piece of patterned paper and adhere it down the center of the card front. Cut a 1-1/2 x 4-1/4 inch piece of a different patterned paper and adhere it on the left side of the card front. Add a 3 x 3 inch piece of vellum and a 2-3/8 inch square shape. Be sure to turn that square into a diamond. Now you are ready to add This Birthday Piggy as your focal point. Embellish as desired!

Thinking of You Cards
Besides birthday cards, you can also use This Birthday Piggy stamp set to create Thinking of You cards. The Thinking of You greeting comes in This Birthday Piggy stamp set. I love it when a stamp set is so versatile. The first card idea is actually a great way to use up scraps! The background features three pieces of patterned paper. The smallest piece, on the top left, is 2 x 1 inches. The bottom piece is 2 x 2-1/4 inches. The piece on the right side is 2-1/2 x 3-1/2 inches.
The next card features 4 layers directly in the center of the card front. Start with a 2 x 4-1/2 inch piece of patterned paper. Add a 3 x 3 inch piece of a different patterned paper. The third layer is a 2-1/2 x 3-1/2 inch piece of vellum. The final layer is the 2-3/8 inch square.
The last card idea is probably my favorite! It’s simple yet unique. Start with a 1 x 4 inch piece of patterned paper on the left side of the card front. Cut a 3 x 4 inch piece of the same paper but use the reverse side. Fold down the upper right corner and adhere to the card front. The folded corner draws your attention to the patterned paper on the left side of the card. Super simple and it creates such a fun look!
