Today I have a variety of different card ideas to share which feature the December 2021 Paper Pumpkin kit called Lots of Pun. This adorable kit contained all the materials you need to create 9 standard sized cards. The cards and images in the stamp set are super cute! So, of course, I had to create some additional cards featuring some fun ways use the exclusive stamp set and die cut shapes from the kit.
Lots of Pun Kit Cards
The December 2021 Paper Pumpkin kit is called Lots of Pun. The kit contains all of the materials to create 9 adorable cards; 3 of each of the 3 different designs. Plus the kit contained 9 coordinating envelopes.
Each Paper Pumpkin kit includes an exclusive stamp set, an ink spot and a variety of supplies to create the projects. The stamp set in this month’s kit features 26 different images you can use on the kit projects and for additional card making. And I love all the quirky little puns which coordinate with the images in the stamp set.The ink spot included in this month’s kit featured Early Espresso.
Paper Pumpkin Alternate Cards
Once I completed all the cards in the kit, I focused my attention on playing around with the stamp set and some of the leftover materials from the kit. I actually saved 3 of the card bases (with the watercolor circle) to create my first set of alternate card ideas.
Next, I created my own toast images using the outline image from the stamp set. Simply stamp the image on a scrap piece of white cardstock using Early Espresso ink. Color in the image using the Crumb Cake stampin’ blends. Now you have an adorable little toast image to use as an embellishment on your cards.

More Punny Card Ideas
I had so much fun putting together the first couple of Paper Pumpkin alternate card ideas, that I just had to play around with the set a bit more. The next 6 card ideas feature other images from the set.
I think my favorite thing about this set is the ability to add little smiley faces to the images. Just a little happy face changes the whole look of the card!
Of course, you also have the ability to use the images without the smiley faces. They are super cute both ways!
These last two Paper Pumpkin alternative card ideas are my absolute favorite! The bright colors and smiley faces really make these cards so adorable. You just can’t help but smile.

As you can see, there are a variety of different things you can create with the stamp set and materials in each kit! However, you must subscribe to the program by the 10th of each month in order to receive that month’s kit. Once the deadline passes, the kits are no longer available.
