Today we are going to take a little break from holiday cards to focus on NEW product suite called Eden’s Garden. This is an early release product suite which means it will be in the new 2022 January-June Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalog. However, since it’s an early release, you can get your hands on these gorgeous products right now! So today, I have 4 different card ideas to share which showcase the stamp set, dies and designer paper from the new Eden’s Garden suite.
Simple & Unique
The first couple of card ideas feature some simple yet unique designs. The tile pattern design was inspired by a card I received from my friend Tammy Wrobel. This unique design is very easy to create, its just a little putzy. Start by cutting 5 strips of white card stock at 3/4 x 4-3/4 inches. Next, cut 30 squares of the Ever Eden Designer Series Paper (DSP) measuring 3/4 x 3/4 inches. I recommend cutting sets of 5 squares using the same pattern paper design. Adhere the squares to the white cardstock strips and then adhere the strips to the card front. You can decorate the card as desired. The end result is stunning!
The second Eden’s card card features some simple stamping in the background and a bit of DSP. Start by stamping the large foliage image on the card front twice, using Soft Succulent ink. Adhere a 1/2 x 4-1/4 and a 1-1/2 x 4-1/4 inch piece of the Eden’s Garden DSP to the center of the card front. For the finishing touch, decorate as desired.
Fun Folds & Edgelits
The last two card designs feature the Eden’s Garden edgelit die and a little fun fold card idea. The Eden Dies are just as beautiful as the stamp set. The greeting for both of these cards was created with one of the dies in the set. The edging showcased on the first card was also created with one of the dies in the set. It gives the card such a great look with very little effort.
The second card idea showcases an accordion style fun fold card. This fun fold card might look familiar because I just shared some beautiful Christmas cards featuring this design. I decided to use the same fun fold design to show you how easy it is to take a card design and use it to create cards for any occasion. This fun fold really highlights how gorgeous the Eden’s Garden DSP is.
