Quick Cards – Stampin Up 2020-2022 In Colors

The launch of the NEW Stampin’ Up Annual catalog is about one week away! And one of my favorite things about the launch of the catalog are the NEW colors! So today I want to share a few quick cards inspired by the 5 new 2020-2022 Stampin Up In Colors. Plus, I want to tell you a bit about my In Color Card Making club which will be starting up in June!

2020-2022 Stampin Up In Colors

Now I always look forward to the launch of a new Stampin’ Up! catalog. However, the launch of the annual catalog is one of my favorites because it involves the launch of new color collection. Yes, every year we get 5 new colors called the In Color Collection. And of course this year’s collection is absolutely fabulous!

The 5 new colors include Magenta Madness, Bumble Bee, Just Jade, Misty Moonlight and Cinnamon Cider. And there are a variety of different products which features these fun new colors. The first card showcases the new In Color ribbon. Yes, it’s simply 1/4 inch twill ribbon in each of the 5 colors adhered diagonally across a piece of cardstock. The second card features 3/4 x 4 inch pieces of patterned paper in all 5 colors adhered side by side across a piece of white cardstock.

Quick Cards

The first two cards are super quick ways to use some of the new Stampin Up In Color products like ribbon and patterned paper. However, you can also make some quick cards by creating fun patterns with the cardstock.

By now you know that I love the look of panel cards. They are such a great way to create a background and, in this case, show off the 5 different colors. The first card features 3/4 x 3-3/4 inch pieces of the 5 different colors of cardstock. And if you look closely, you can see that each of the cardstock pieces are embossed. Each panel showcases a NEW embossing folder from the Annual catalog! The second card features 1/2 x 3-3/4 inch pieces of the 5 different colors adhered right down the center of a 5-1/4 x 4 inch piece of white cardstock. Both create a fun colorful background for the cards.

In Color Card Making Club

This last card is a combination of new products! Of course it showcases the 5 new colors and 5 new embossing folders. However, it also features a brand new punch! A punch that enables you to create a fun design on the ends of a variety of different lengths of paper. You might have also noticed that each of the cards feature a white die cut shape as the focal point. This is a brand new die set featured in the Forever Greenery suite. Ok, so now that I have shared a few card ideas, let’s talk about this year’s In Color Card Making Club! This club is a great way to get your hands on these fun new colors!
