Plus they are a great way to use up your scrap pieces of cardstock.

Two Panel Card

The first masculine panel card I have to share with you today is a two panel card. And I have a fun little tip to share with you. Now you can certainly cut two panels that measure 1-3/4 x 5 inches and randomly stamp on each of them. That would be a great way to use up scrap pieces of cardstock. However, that is not how I created this card. Notice how the images are consistent across the two panels.

In order to accomplish that type of consistency, you need to line up the panels and stamp on both of them at the same time. However, for this card it was even easier than that. I cut the initial white cardstock pieces at 3-1/2 x 5 inches and stamped across the entire piece of cardstock. Once I completed the stamping, I simply cut the cardstock in half to create two pieces that measure 1-3/4 x 5 inches. It makes it so quick and easy to create the panels without a lot of fuss.

Three Panel Cards

The next couple of masculine panel card ideas I have to share with you feature the creation of a panel card with small scrap pieces of cardstock. This requires a little bit more work but it’s definitely worth it! So dip into your scrap supply and find some scraps that you can cut down to 1-1/2 x 3-1/2 inches. You can certainly cut regular sized pieces of cardstock if you don’t have scraps lying around. I also have a great little tip for you to use to hold the pieces together while stamping. This little tip will enable you to stamp across all three panels at the same time so be sure to watch the video to see it in action.

So these first two cards are actually created in the exact same fashion. Simply stamp a variety of different images from the Geared Up Garage across all 3 pieces of cardstock. I recommend using the darkest color ink (Basic Gray) to stamp across all the cardstock pieces. Once you have completed the stamping, you can decide how to adhere the three panels. The first card features the panels adhered side by side. The second card ideas features the panels spaced apart with about a quarter inch in between.

The last masculine panel card features three panels adhered to a 5 x 3-3/4 inch piece of Crushed Curry cardstock. This enables you to choose from a variety of different colors of cardstock for matting out the panels.

Five Panel Card

The last masculine panel card idea features 5 different strips of cardstock that run the full length of the card. This is a great way to use up scraps pieces of cardstock to create a background for your card. It also illustrates the idea that you can use any size pieces of cardstock to create your panels.
