Thanksgiving Card Ideas

This card making tutorial features two simple and unique Thanksgiving card ideas. Thanksgiving is a time of reflection. It’s a time to gather together with family and friends to give thanks for the many blessings in our lives.

Although there are many ways to express gratitude, a handmade card is one of my favorites. So today I have two unique Thanksgiving card ideas you can make to express your gratitude this holiday season.

Thanksgiving Card Ideas

I am super excited to share these Thanksgiving card ideas with you. There are two different cards we will create today:

• The first card features a simple punch art pumpkin idea. You can use circles or oval shapes to create the pumpkin.
• The second card features a pilgrim hat. The Pilgrim Hat Template is super simple and it allows you to create a regular 5-1/2 x 4-1/4 inch card! Super fun!

The Thanksgiving cards featured in this week’s video showcase some fun ways to use supplies that you might already have on hand. You can use either circle or oval punches to create the punch art pumpkin. You could also use die cuts, such as framelits, if you do not have punches.

Keep in mind that you can use any papers, punches or die cuts that you have on hand to make these cards so get creative with it!

These handmade cards are a great way to express your gratitude this Thanksgiving holiday season. You will be amazed at how simple these cards are to create!
