This month I have been creating a variety of different fun cards to recognize members of my team for all of their fabulous accomplishments! So I thought I would share one of my favorite designs with you today. The sentiment is from the Stitched All Around stamp set and it is perfect for sending fun congratulatory messages! The fun part about this design is that you could really use this card for just about any occasion simply by changing out the sentiment.
To make this card, start with a piece of Petal Pink cardstock for the base of your card. Use the framelit, from the Stitched Labels Framelit set, to “etch” that fun design into the bottom right hand corner of the card. Cut a 2 x 5-1/4 inch piece of the pink flowery pattern from the Share What You Love Designer Series Paper (DSP) pack and adhere it across the top of the card. Grab a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and cut out the large fancy label using the framelit from the Stitched Labels set. Stamp the sentiment on the large label using Early Espresso ink and adhere to the card front as shown. For the finishing touch, embellish with some pearls and a flower cut from a piece of the DSP. That’s it! It’s such a quick and simple yet elegant card!
