Tutti Frutti

I have to admit, when I first saw the Tutti Frutti product suite I thought “Great, another fruit set.”  But it didn’t take long for a few pretty projects to catch my eye and then, well, I just had to have this set! You will love how everything coordinates in this suite making it easy to choose fabulous color combinations. These super cute little images, cheerful paper designs and the vivid colors in this product suite are sure to spark your creativity.

Colors like Real Red, Lemon-Lime Twist and Daffodil Delight are vibrant colors that work perfect for stamping these little fruit images. And with sentiments that say “you are the sweetest” your cards are sure to spread a little happiness to anyone that receives them.

Plus, these cards are super simple to make!

The pineapple card is simply a piece of the Tutti Frutti Designer Series Paper (DSP) cut to 3 x 3 inches and matted out with a 3-1/4 x 3-1/4 inch piece of Lemon-Lime Twist cardstock. A 1 x 4-1/4 inch piece of striped DSP was added behind the pineapple DSP.

The watermelon card was created by using an aqua painter to spread lemon-lime twist ink across a 3-3/4 x 5 inch piece of shimmery white cardstock. It’s what is commonly referred to as a watercolor wash.

The citrus card showcases some fun things you can do with the washi tape and the DSP. I simply ran a 1 x 6 inch strip of the citrus patterned DSP, on an angle, across a 5-1/4 x 4 inch piece of white cardstock. I trimmed the ends of the DSP so it was flush with the white cardstock. Then I simply added different colored strips of washi tape on each side of the DSP.  You can simply stamp a sentiment on the card but if you want to step it up a bit, add the layering circles as well.

A set of layering circles showcases the sentiment and little fruit images on all of the cards. These cards were super fun to make! You will love how easy it is to create with this set!

Unfortunately this product suite won’t be around for long! Yep, it’s set to retire at the end of this month! So be sure to grab your set before the end of the month! Visit http://www.lynndunn.stampinup.net
