Tis’ the season for Christmas cards! This weekend I held my monthly Christmas class! It’s a Stamp-A-Stack which means we created 4 cards for each of the 3 different designs for a total of 12! This particular card that I am showcasing today was created by my team member, Mona Krimmer! It was the most popular card as it was just absolutely gorgeous!
The cards feature the Merry Little Labels stamp set and some of the beautiful die cuts from the Swirly Snowflake. Since I had a lot of requests for instructions, I thought I would share! Start with a piece of garden green cardstock for the base of your card. Cut a 5-1/4 x 4 inch piece of whisper white cardstock and emboss it with the Softly Falling embossing folder. Cut 2 pieces of the green splatter pattern from the Be Merry Designer Series Paper (DSP) pack at 1-1/2 x 4 inches (FYI…this paper pack is part of the Buy 3 Get 1 FREE sale during the month of October)! Adhere the DSP to the top and bottom of the card with a few stampin’ dimensionals. Adhere a silver foil snowflake to the center of the card. Stamp the “Let it Snow” sentiment on a scrap piece of white cardstock and punch it out with the Everyday Label Punch; adhere to the card, as shown, with a few dimensionals. Cut out a variety of the swirly snowflake images from some silver foil paper and adhere to the card as shown. For the finishing touch, embellish with a little bow! Fabulous card Mona!
