Merry Little Christmas

What kind of cards are you busy making? This time of the year there are so many fabulous occasions to create cards for that sometimes I’m not sure what to do first! I have shared a variety of Halloween, Fall, and Christmas projects already but Christmas is, by far, the biggest card making event of the year for me. Last year I sent out over 200 cards! I haven’t even counted up the number of people on my Christmas card list this year but I know that it has grown! So that means I need a few quick and simple Christmas card ideas so that I can get ready for this holiday season!

One of the quickest ways to create some fabulous Christmas cards is with the Merry Little Christmas Memories & More Card pack! I had a lot of fun putting together a bunch of Christmas cards with the Memories & More card pack for my Fall Stampin’ Extravaganza that is coming up this weekend! I’m pretty sure the ladies are gonna love them! The Memories & More card pack comes with 72 double sided cards that can be used for card making (or scrapbooking). The cards in this pack come in two different sizes: 52 cards that are 3 x 4 inches and 20 cards that are 4 x 6 inches. The larger size requires a bit of cutting (one slice off the 6 inch sided) to fit on a regular sized card but the smaller sized cards don’t require any cutting…yep, you can use them as is! The cards have fun Christmas patterns and saying which makes it so easy to create cards! You don’t even need to do any stamping as there are fabulous sentiments in the pack! But of course you could stamp if you want to!

Now I can’t show you all of the cards I created but I can show you a few that are not showcased in my event for this weekend. The card pictured above was create with one of the Memories & More cards that had a variety of ornaments on it. I started with cherry cobbler cardstock to create the base of the card. Then I simply cut the Memories & More card (with the ornaments) to a 4 x 4 size and adhered it to the center of the cherry cobbler card front. The green striped pieces I cut off of one of the other Memories & More cards. These pieces I cut to 1/2 x 4 inches and adhered them as shown. For the finishing touch, I stamped a sentiment on the card using old olive ink. Super simple!

The card pack also comes with some fun stickers that you can use as accents on your cards. You can also use the stickers to create a fun little card like this!
