Everyone loves pretty patterned papers, right? Well Stampin’ Up! has a fabulous buy 3 get 1 FREE sale going on through the month of October! It’s a great time to stock up on all your favorites! One of my favorite patterns is the Be Merry Designer Series Paper (DSP) pack. It has all of the traditional Christmas colors and some fun patterns! Here’s one of the projects I created that showcases some of the Be Merry patterns.
To create this card, start with a piece of Cherry Cobbler cardstock for the base of your card. Cut a 5-1/4 x 4 inch piece of basic black cardstock. Cut a 5-1/4 x 2 inch piece of the Merry Music DSP and adhere to the left side of the black cardstock. Cut a 5 x 1-1/2 inch piece of the green patterned Be Merry DSP and a 2 x 4 inch piece of the red patterned Be Merry DSP; snip the end into a banner. Adhere these banners to the card as shown. Adhere a silver foil snowflake to the top part of the card. Cut out a few circles to layer together using the stitched framelits. Stamp a little sentiment on the white circle and adhere these circles, as shown, to the center of the snowflake. That’s it! Super simple!
