Hello Stampin’ Friends! Today’s “love-themed” project was created with products from the Falling in Love Suite. The products in this suite make it so simple to create beautiful cards for any celebration of love…like anniversaries! The patterns in the Falling in Love Designer Series Paper pack are absolutely stunning! I hope you enjoy this simple, yet beautiful project idea.
To create this card, start with a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock for the base of your card. Cut a 5-1/4 x 4 inch piece of one of the patterned papers in the Falling in Love DSP pack and adhere it to your card front. Take a lace doily and adhere it to the left side of the DSP as shown. Cut a 4 x 1-1/4 inch piece of vellum. Cut a 3-1/4 x 3/4 inch piece of Very Vanilla cardstock, stamp the “happy anniversary” sentiment on it, and snip the end into a banner. Use sahara sand ink. Adhere these pieces to the doily with a bit of SNAIL adhesive. Cut a 4 inch strip of some of the Very Vanilla ribbon and tuck it under the bottom part of the doily. Cut a 5 inch piece of Very Vanilla Lace Trim, fold in half, and secure it with glue dots as shown. For the finishing touch, add a little Falling In Love Embellishment. Enjoy!
