Merry Tags

Hello Stampin’ Friends!  Today I have a beautiful Christmas card idea to share with all of you.  This particular project was inspired by something that I saw on Pinterest!  It showcases the Merry Tags Framelit set and the gorgeous copper foil paper.  The copper foil paper along with the black accent gives the card such an elegant look.

To make this card, start with a piece of Basic Black cardstock for the base of your card. Create a layer of mattes by cutting a 5-1/4 x 4 inch piece of whisper white, a 5 x 3-3/4 inch piece of Basic Black, and a 4-3/4 x 3-1/2 inch piece of copper foil. Emboss the copper foil with the Pine Bough Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. Adhere all of the pieces together on the front of the card. Grab the Merry Tags framelit set and cut out the wooded ornament scene using black cardstock. Cut out a solid white ornament from whisper white cardstock; adhere together. Once the ornament is complete, adhere it to one of the pine boughs with dimensionals. For the finishing touch, add a little black ribbon tied into a bow on the top of the ornament. Enjoy!
