Hello Stampin’ Friends! It’s Thanksgiving-Eve! I hope that all of you have a wonderful celebration planned with family and friends tomorrow. We will be heading over to my sister’s home this year for a yummy Thanksgiving feast and an evening of fun and games. We love to play cards 🙂 Yes, my life seems to revolve around cards, hey?
Well today I have a fun little card idea for you! It’s one that you can whip together pretty quickly if you are looking for a last minute Thanksgiving card idea.
To make this card, start with a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock for the base of your card. Cut a 5-1/4 x 4 inch piece of mint macaron cardstock. Stamp a little sentiment on the bottom of the cardstock using Rich Razzelberry ink. Stamp the flower image, from the Paisleys & Posies stamp set, just above the sentiment as shown using Mint Macaron ink. Cut a 3 x 4 inch piece of the Petals & Paisleys Designer Series Paper (DSP) and adhere it on the upper part of the mint macaron cardstock (note: it will overlap onto your flowers). For the finishing touch, add a little ribbon tied into a bow. Enjoy! And Happy Thanksgiving!
