Good Morning Stampin’ Friends and Happy Friday! Today I want to share a fun little Halloween card idea! This card was inspired by an adorable little gift bag in the Stampin’ Up! Holiday catalog. I thought the design on the bag would make such a cute little card!
To make this card, start with a piece of basic black cardstock for the base of your card. Cut a 5-1/4 x 4 inch piece of pumpkin pie cardstock and adhere it to the front of your card base. Cut a 2 x 4 inch piece of the polka dot patterned paper from the Halloween Night Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP) pack and snip the end into a little banner. Adhere the banner to the card as shown. Cut out a 2-1/2 inch white circle and adhere it to the card by overlapping onto the banner. Stamp the set of pumpkins and their cute little faces, using black ink, on a scrap piece of pumpkin pie cardstock. Cut out the pumpkins with the coordinating framelit. Take a scrap piece of sahara sand cardstock and cut out the tree image. Adhere the tree to the white circle using a few glue dots; then add the pumpkins. For the finishing touch, stamp a little halloween sentiment on a scrap piece of green cardstock and punch it out with the classic label. Enjoy!
