There are some simply fabulous new products in there! The project I am showcasing today features products from the Swirly Bird bundle. If you are on Pinterest, I am sure you have probably seen some adorable projects made with this set. The stamp set has some fun images that you can use to create all sorts of fun shapes and designs! For this particular project, I thought I would keep it simple but I will have lots to more share with you in the coming weeks.
To make this card, start with a piece of pool party cardstock for the base of your card. Cut a 5 1/4 x 4 inch piece of wisper white cardstock. Grab some watermelon wonder, tip top taupe and pool party ink pads to stamp with. Start by stamping some of the fun swirly images onto the cardstock. Randomly stamp some flowers and the splatter images. Be sure to rotate colors. Cut out 2 of the swirly designs, using Tip Top Taupe, with the coordinating thinlit set and your big shot embossing machine. Adhere these swirly pieces over your stamped images as shown. You can add any sentiment you choose, I used a sentiment from the new Love & Affection stamp set. For the finishing touch, just add a few pearls! Enjoy!
