Good Morning! Mother’ Day is fast approaching! Are you ready? I have been working on a few different cards for the mom’s in my life. This particular project was inspired by the stamp set I received in last month’s paper pumpkin kit. I simply added some of my own supplies to create an elegant little card for Mom.
To make this project, start with a piece of whisper white card stock for the base of your card. Cut a 5 1/4 x 4 inch piece of one of the Timeless Elegance patterned in the Designer Series Paper (DSP) pack. And…in case I didn’t mention it…this paper is retiring at the end of May so don’t wait too long to get it!
Adhere the DSP to your card front. Add a little white paper doily and layer a silver one on top. Cut a piece of black card stock that measures approximately 2 x 3 1/2 inches. You can use any one of the fun tag topper punches to create the top of the tag. Stamp a little Mother’s Day sentiment on the tag using white craft ink (you can also emboss your sentiment in white). Then embellish with a bit of your favorite ribbons and a little pearl. Enjoy!
