Good Morning! We have a lot of fun holidays this month! I just shared a St. Patrick’s Day card with all of you the other day and now I have a fun little Easter card to share. Yes, Easter is right around the corner too! You can also use this card design to celebrate birthdays or any other occasion…just change out the sentiment to fit the occasion! I used some soft pastel colors along with some of the 2015-2017 in colors. Let’s take a look at how to make this card.
To make this card, start with a piece of mint macaron cardstock for the base of your card. Adhere half of a paper doily to the top part of your card front as shown. Cut a 5 1/2 x 3 inch piece of the Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper (DSP) and adhere it to the center of your card front right over the lower part of the doily. Cut a 5 1/2 x 2 inch piece of whisper white cardstock to stamp on and a 2 1/4 x 5 1/2 inch piece of watermelon wonder cardstock for a matte. Grab the balloon builders stamp set and create a little bunny image with the small balloon images in the set. Stamp 3 different colored bunnies across the white cardstock. Once your stamping is complete, matte out the white cardstock with the watermelon wonder piece you cut earlier. For the finishing touch, stamp a little sentiment on a scrap piece of paper and punch it out with the washi label punch. Enjoy!
