Jolly Christmas

snowflakesGood morning! Today I have another Christmas card idea to share with all of you. This card was designed by my daughter, Tiffany Mundt, and it showcases the Jolly Christmas stamp set and a sentiment from the Embellished Ornaments set. But you can certainly use any one of the sentiments from the Jolly Christmas set.

Start with a piece of whisper white cardstock for the base of your card. Stamp the snowflake image from the Jolly Christmas stamp set, on a diagonal, across your card front as shown. You can use a variety of blue colors such as night of navy, island indigo and pool party or you can stamp the images all in one color. Cut a 1/2 inch x 4 inch piece of night of navy cardstock (or any color blue cardstock scrap you have on hand) and adhere it to your card as shown (note: if you would like the night of navy piece to go all the way across your card, cut it at 4 1/4 inches instead of 4 inches). Cut out two different sized ovals with the oval framelits: cut one out of silver glimmer paper and the smaller one cut from a piece of whisper white cardstock. Stamp a Christmas sentiment on the white oval and adhere it to the glimmer paper oval. Add a half of a silver metallic doily behind the oval.  Adhere the ovals to your card with dimensionals as shown. For the finishing touch, add a little snowflake or other embellishment as desired. Enjoy!
