Flurry of Wishes

snowflakesGot snowflakes? This adorable little Christmas card was created with a beautiful new stamp set called Flurry of Wishes. And…it was designed by my daughter, Tiffany. She’s having a blast playing around with all of my Christmas stamps and supplies! She has been helping me design projects for my upcoming Christmas classes. Let’s take a look at how to make this card.

Start with a piece of whisper white cardstock for the base. Randomly stamp some of the snowflake images from the Flurry of Wishes set onto the front of the card. She used bermuda bay and pool party ink. Once you have your images stamped, emboss the front of the card with the new Softly Falling embossing folder. Add a 1 x 3 inch piece of silver glimmer paper (or any size scrap pieces you have lying around) to the middle of the card. Embellish the glimmer paper with a bit of washi tape, some silver cording and a little wooden snowflake! For the finishing touch, she stamped a little sentiment on some torn crepe paper and adhered to the front of the card.  You can also just leave the sentiment off the front of the card and stamp a Christmas verse on the inside.  Enjoy!
