Good Morning! Since Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas are all right around the corner my craft room is just bursting with holiday spirit! So today, I thought I would share one of my favorite Christmas cards. I put together this card for one of my Christmas classes and it seemed to be one of their favorites! Let’s take a look at how to re-create it!You can re-create this card with any “green” color that you have on hand. All you need is to use the same color ink as your cardstock. To make this particular card, start with a piece of always artichoke cardstock for the base of your card. Grab the Wonderland stamp set or a stamp set that has a beautiful tree image (like Lovely as a Tree). Stamp the tree image across the bottom of the card using always artichoke ink. Cut a 1 x 4 inch piece of white cardstock, stamp a sentiment on it, and trim the end of it into a banner. Cut a piece of gold glimmer paper approximately 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches and trim the end into a banner. Adhere these pieces over the top of some of the tree images (as shown). For the finishing touches, add a bit of washi tape, a little wooden snowflake and some gold cord tied in a little bow! Enjoy!
