Good Morning! Today I have a beautiful card to share with you that involves just pure, good ole fashioned stamping. It’s what we would call a clean and simple design. There are no layers on this card and no embellishments; yet it is so pretty! To make this card, start with a piece of pink pirouette cardstock for the base of your card. Cut a 5 1/4 x 4 inch piece of whisper white cardstock. Start by stamping a little sentiment in the upper right hand corner of the white cardstock using sahara sand ink. Grab the beautiful images from the summer silhouettes stamp set. Start on the left hand side of the white cardstock and stamp the lattice image using sahara sand ink. Next, take the leaf image and stamp it in between the lattice and the edge of the card using the sahara sand ink. Without re-inking your stamp, stamp the leaf image to the left of the darker colored one you just stamped (this is called the stamp off technique). Re-ink the leaf image, stamp off on a scrap piece of paper and then stamp the leaf to the right of the darker one. Now randomly stamp some other fun images on your card using the following ink colors: sahara sand, pink pirouette and so saffron. Enjoy!

This card is so lovely. I don’t do a lot with pink, but I think this has changed my mind. Also it has inspired me to do a little more stamping and use more of the images in a set. Thanks for sharing your beautiful card!
Hi Ann, Thank so much for your feedback. Pink and gray is probably one of the color combos I tend to use most often. Glad you enjoyed! 🙂
