Good Morning! I have a simple little card design for you today! It showcases the Love is Kindness stamp set plus a fun way to use up some of that designer paper that you’re saving…you know you have a bunch, right? So grab some of your favorite pretty patterned papers and let’s get to work!
To make this card, start with a piece of whisper white cardstock for the base of your card. Cut your patterned paper into 3 strips which measure 5 1/2 x 1 inches. Be sure to find some cardstock that coordinates with your paper, I used smoky slate, you might want to choose a different color depending on what pretty patterned papers you are using. Secure them to the front of your card leaving some space in between (these pieces serve as the background for your project). Cut a 4 1/4 x 3 1/4 inch piece of smoky slate cardstock (this will serve as a matte for your image). Cut a 4 x 3 inch piece of white paper (this is the piece that you will do your stamping on). Stamp the Love is Kindness image onto the white cardstock using smoky slate ink. Sponge some pink, blushing bride, ink all over the tulips on the image and adhere this piece to smoky slate matte you cut earlier. Then, just adhere it to the card with a few dimensionals. Enjoy!
