Good Morning! Happy Friday! Did you know that Father’s Day is only a month away? It is! And it will be here before you know it. So today I am sharing a very quick and simple little project made with the Guy Greetings stamp set. This particular stamp set has some wonderful images which are perfect for making masculine themed cards. To make this card, start with a piece of very vanilla cardstock for the base of your card. Stamp the little hat images across the bottom and top of the card first using the NEW Delightful Dijon ink which will be available to all of you June 2nd! But you can also use Hello Honey ink. Once you have the hats stamped on the top and bottom of the card, ink up the Hats Off To You sentiment, with Island Indigo ink, and stamp it just above the bottom row of hats as shown in the pic. Then you can go ahead and stamp the middle row of hats. For the finishing touch, stamp the hats images on a scrap piece of very vanilla cardstock. Using the 1 1/4 inch circle punch, punch out a section of the hats that matches the section of hats you stamped in the middle row. (I looked at the section that was to the right of my sentiment). Stamp the “Dad” sentiment in the center of the hats using Island Indigo ink. Punch out a 1 3/8 inch circle with Island Indigo paper as you will be using this piece to matte out the 1 1/4 inch circle with the hats. Now line up the matted piece with the hats in the middle of your card (as shown). It gives the image a 3D look. Enjoy!
