Happy Monday! Today I have a quick and simple little gift set idea for you… a card and coordinating gift bag! This is a sneak peek of two of the projects the ladies will be putting together at our upcoming day long crafting event! It showcases some of the fun ways that you can use the Artisan Embellishment Kit. Let’s take a closer look at the projects. 
The card might look a bit familiar to you, hey? Well if you follow my blog here you may recognize this design from a few weeks back. It is a quick and simple way to put together a card! Start with a piece of blackberry bliss cardstock for the base of your card. Grab one of the beautiful die cuts from the Artisan Embellishment kit and adhere it to the center of the cardstock with glue dots. Cut a little 1 x 4 inch strip of whisper white paper and stamp one of the sentiments on it from the Blooming with Kindness set. Then layer a scalloped circle, 1 inch circle and the silver Artisan Embellishment. Voila! You Have a beautiful card!
The gift bag is just as simple. Start with one of the Petite Cafe bags. Using Sahara Sand ink, stamp the beautiful flower image from the Blooming with Kindness stamp set onto a 3 x 3 inch piece of whisper white cardstock. Stamp one of the sentiments right over the top of the flower using blackberry bliss ink. Then punch out the image with the 2 1/2 inch circle punch. Note…you cannot fit the entire image in the 2 1/2 inch circle so don’t stress about cutting some of it off. Cut a 2 x 4 inch piece of the purple flowery pattern from the Painted Blooms Designer Series Paper set…use this piece to make your pennant. Adhere the following items in layers: Start with adhering the pennant to the bag, then a paper doily from the Artisan kit, then the 2 1/2 inch image. For the finishing touch, tie a bit of the purple ribbon, from the Artisan kit, around the top of the bag! And now you have an elegant gift bag set! Enjoy!
