This past weekend I had the opportunity to attend a fabulous stampin’ event hosted by my upline, Lyssa Zwolanek! It was a special event she threw to celebrate “us.” I love those kind of celebrations! She had so many goodies for all of us and, of course, some awesome stampin’ projects like this one! This project I will call the Mini Tote Bag. And it made the cutest little Easter basket for yesterday’s festivities!
To make this adorable project, cut a 6 x 6 inch piece of designer paper. Score it at 2 1/2, 3 and 3 1/2.
Grab your paper snips and cut, the length of your scissors, on the 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 inch score lines. Fold these pieces in towards the middle and secure as shown.
Now to actually secure the sides of the tote, I recommend you watch Lyssa’s tutorial. The tutorial shows you how to make this with a 12 x 12 inch piece of designer paper. The concept is the same whether you are using a 12 x 12 or 6 x 6 inch piece of designer paper.
Check it out! Enjoy!
You’re welcome!
