Today, I want to share a fun card idea showcasing the new Hello You thinlit dies. Are you familiar with thinlits? They are fun little die cut embellishments that you can cut out of cardstock with your big shot embossing machine. The pack of Hello You thinlits have 4 metal dies that you can use to add fun sentiments to your projects….like the “hello” on this particular card. One of the great things about this particular thinlit set is that it is bundled with the Crazy About You stamp set! Bundles are a big deal because you save an extra 15% on the products when bundled. So let me provide you with a few details on how to recreate this card. Start with a piece of strawberry slush cardstock for the base of the card. Emboss the front of the cardstock with the polka dot embossing folder (or your favorite embossing folder). Cut a 5 1/2 x 3 inch piece of the striped Irresistibly Yours Designer Paper (you know, the FREE stuff from sale-a-bration). Stamp one of the fun flower images from the Crazy About You stamp set directly on the DSP and then sponge around it using crisp cantaloupe ink. For the finishing touches, embellish the card as pictured with some of the fun products listed below or with any of your favorites that you have on hand. Enjoy!
