Seasonally scattered seems to be a pretty popular stamp set this holiday season. If you are on Pinterest, then you have probably seen oodles of projects showcasing this set! Well here is another one to add to your collection! For this particular card, I decided to do a bit of heat embossing with some silver embossing powder and a bit of sponging with coastal cabana ink. I thought the silver and blue would look fabulous together, what do you think?
For those of you that are looking to recreate this card, here are the instructions…start with a piece of coastal cabana cardstock for the base of the card. Cut a 5 1/4 x 4 inch piece of whisper white cardstock. Emboss the “thanks” image, from the seasonally scattered stamp set, using silver embossing powder. If you haven’t tried heating embossing, it’s pretty simple. You will “ink” up your image with versa mark, sprinkle the image with silver embossing powder (tap off the excess) and then heat to set the image. 🙂 Once you have embossed your image, simply sponge some coastal cabana ink in and around the image. For the finishing touch, add a bit of silver baker’s twine. Enjoy!
