Looking for masculine card designs? Well today I have a fun design that, again, was inspired by a project in the 2014 Stampin’ Up! catalog. The project showcases a wonderful masculine stamp set called By the Tide. To make this card, start with a piece of naturals ivory cardstock for the base of your card. Cut a 3 x 4 inch piece of whisper white cardstock…this is the piece that you will do all of your stamping on. The following colors are showcased on this card: Island Indigo, Pear Pizazz, Hello Honey and Crumb Cake. Once you have stamped all of the images, grab a distressing tool to rough up the edges of the cardstock…then sponge a bit of crumb ink over the distressed area to give it a worn look. I did a bit of paper tearing as well. For the finishing touches, add an antique brad and a bit of burlap, venetian trim and a little linen thread. Enjoy!
