I have another fall themed project to share with you today! This project was actually the result of participating in a fall themed swap with my fellow demonstrators! I received some simply stunning fall projects that I will share with you this week! This happens to be the project I created and shared with everyone.
The project showcases the Truly Grateful stamp set which you can actually find in the Annual Stampin’ Up! catalog (not the holiday catalog). The stamp set might look familiar as it was a carry over from the last holiday season. Wanna re-create this card? Well, start with a piece of soft suede cardstock for the base of your card. Cut a 5 1/4 x 4 inch piece of very vanilla cardstock. Stamp the wood grain background image onto the middle of the cardstock using soft suede ink. Sponge some cajun craze and hello honey ink over the image. Cut a 1 1/2 x 4 inch piece of soft suede cardstock and emboss it with your favorite embossing folder. Cut a piece of crushed curry chevron ribbon and secure it in the middle of that soft suede piece. For the center piece, I cut a piece of white cardstock with one of the Window Frame framelits and stamped it with some of the Truly Grateful images. Oh…and did you notice the paper piercing in the corners? There are some fun templates available…check them out at http://bit.ly/1D8SuGx
