Something for Baby

I am having waaayyy to much fun with the products from the new Stampin’ Up! Annual catalog! The “Something for Baby” stamp set caught my eye right away. Just adorable little baby images….booties, onesies, a carriage, diaper pins and so much more! Too fun!

I put together this adorable little card for an upcoming class. I just had to use the ruffled ribbon just one more time…  To make this card, start with a piece of whisper white cardstock for the base. Cut a 2 x 4 inch piece of the new Lullaby Designer Series Paper (DSP) and adhere to the left side of the card. Using 2 different size circle framelits, cut out a circle from the DSP and a another slightly larger circle from a piece of Hello Honey (yellow) cardstock to match the colors in the DSP. I added a bit of baked brown sugar ruffled ribbon (which is retired now). The little baby outfit is stamped in soft sky using one of the images in the new Something for Baby stamp set bundle…and there are coordinating framelits so you don’t have to cut it out by hand! I also decided to stamp a little monkey image on the jumper which I pulled from the zoo babies stamp set. 🙂 For the finishing touches, embellish the card with a few candy dots and add a little baby sentiment on the bottom using baked brown sugar ink.  Cute cute!
