Yesterday I had the privilege of attending the Wisconsin Stampers Conference which was hosted and coordinated by my good friend, and fellow stamper, Lori Brausen! Over 50 stampin’ enthusiasts joined in on this event! There were make n takes, prizes, swaps, displays and presentations from some of the top demonstrators on our team! Super fun! And…I provided some cute little gifts for all of the presenters. 🙂
As you may know, I love decorating those little chevron bags in the annual catalog. I used the designer paper and washi tape from the Retro Fresh product suite to decorate up these bags. Aren’t they cool? 🙂 I also put together little note books for the presenters. These little books were tucked inside the bags. I decided to decorate the notepads with products from the This & That product suite.
Here’s what the inside of the notepad looks like. You can find these little notepads at any office supply store…they come in a package of 10 so you will be able to put together several gifts with just one pack! I basically cut a piece of paper 1/4 inch larger than the notepad’s width and 3/4 inch larger than the notepad length (I left myself room on the length so that I could score a 1/4 inch section to fold over the notepad). You may have to adjust your measurements a bit depending on the size of the notepad that you have. Then just simply decorate the cover of the notepad with your favorite designer paper and stamps!
Thanks Kristen! I really enjoyed your video presentation yesterday! It inspired me to want to play around with the creped filter paper today! 🙂
You do a great job with the bags! so fun!
