I love it when my daughter comes over and crafts with me! She can whip something very cute together without very much thought…she must have ideas just racing around in her head all of the time! She stopped in the other day and whipped up this cute little Christmas tag in a matter of minutes!
To make this tag, she used whisper white cardstock and one of the smaller envelope liner framelits for the base of the tag….clever daughter I have! 🙂 She embossed the tag with the polka dot embossing folder and sponged a bit of chocolate chip ink around the edges. She punched out a 2 1/2 inch circle out of red glimmer paper which serves as the based for her stamped image. The “Do Not Open ‘Til Christmas” image comes from the Very Merry Tags stamp set…she used my markers to add different colors to the image before stamping. For the finishing touches, she added a little “to and from” banner, some rhinestones in the eyes of the deer, and a bit of ribbon. Super cute! I may have to use this on her gift this year…let’s see if she notices. 🙂
