The card has a very simply and masculine layout. I used one of the tree images from the Lovely as a Tree stamp set. I stamped it in black stazon ink mainly because the ink is permanent and doesn’t smudge when you watercolor your image. Using a blender pen, I colored the tree in old olive and soft suede ink. I did a bit of paper piercing just to give the card a bit of dimension…its just amazing how a little bit of paper piercing really makes your projects pop!
It was the perfect masculine design as I changed the sentiment and made this into an anniversary card for my husband! He loved it! We celebrated 15 years together on July 17th! And we are still madly in love with each other! 🙂
