I am honored to have been chosen to put together a variety of wedding decorations for a couple that is getting married this fall! This past weekend I was working on some decor for the big engagement party today! In particular, I was focused on designing a gift card basket! This rosette was my favorite decoration…probably because it’s personalized with the bride and groom’s name…and because I just love the colors and elegance of it!
I used a variety of big shot framelits and dies in this design! The the large black rosette is made from the awesome rosette die! It’s awesome because it cuts and scores everything for you so all you need to do is fold it and tape it together! Doesn’t get much easier than that! The white doily was cut from the paper doily sizzlit. The cherry cobbler background piece was cut from the apothecary accent die and the personalized label was cut from a deco labels framelit. I love to personalize things…especially for a wedding! The framelits make it very easy to personalize! Simply print your personalized message off of your computer onto a piece of cardstock…then cut it out with a fancy little framelit! I hope the wedding party enjoys the basket!
