Have you heard of washi tape? it’s the latest craze in the crafting world and if you haven’t played with it yet you must get your hands on some…ASAP! 🙂 I had been spending a little time on pinterest when I came across this adorable washi tape card designed by Andrea Borries! 🙂 For more washi tape ideas, check out my pinterest board at http://pinterest.com/lynndrn/washi-tape-cards/
Washi tape is sooooo easy to use and it adds just the right touch of color to any project that you are working on! For this card, I ran 3 different colors of washi tape down the left side…you can just tear the tape or you can cut it to make it a bit more fancy. Next I used my new favorite flower stamp set….Flower Shop. It has a coordinating punch so you don’t have to cut out these beauties by hand! You can get both the punch and stamp set for a discount in a bundle! Love it! The vibrant color of the flowers are melon mambo, daffodil delight and island indigo…I matched up the flower colors with the washi tape! Then I simply added a sentiment from the Sassy Salutations set and a few rhinestones! Easy peasy and so cute!
