Well its sad to say but…this is the final project made from the Artisan Embellishment kit! It probably isn’t really a sad thing because if you have been following the series…and counting along…you know that this is the eleventh project that I made from just ONE artisan embellishment kit! I used every single piece of material in the kit…right down to the scraps of ribbon and lace! Whew…that’s a lot of projects! The ladies are sure going to have a blast putting all of these together this month!
This final project starts out with the rosette die for the big shot. I love the look of rosettes so when Stampin’ Up! came out with a die that cuts and scores everything, I knew I had to have it! The rosette is cut from the naturals specialty designer paper which, unfortunately, you cannot see the details of in this picture. The designer paper is crumb cake color and has beautiful floral prints embossed on it! I cut out 2 pieces of the natural DSP approximately 2 x 12 and ran them through the rosette die on the big shot. All I had to do was fold on the scored lines, tape the ends together and put a little hot glue in the center to hold it all together….oh, and I hot glued the skewer in there too. Then I just decorated it with a “newspaper” doily which I cut out with the big shot and the artisan embellishments! Voila`!! Beautious!
I hope you enjoyed the series! The Artisan Embellishment Kit is available until May 31st! Click here for more information or to order!
