Here is another great Sale-a-bration (SAB) stamp set! This set is called Patterned Occasions and it has just the cutest images! I actually saw a few cards like this at the Stampin” Up! Leadership convention in January which is when I decided to design something similar. I really love the cloud designer paper in the Sunshine & Sprinkles collection and knew it would work perfect for the blue cloud background on this card! I started out by embossing a piece of whisper white cardstock with the cloudy day embossing folder. Next, I used the 3/4 inch circle punch and randomly punched out the sides of the white cardstock to make the clouds. I mounted the blue cloud paper behind the punched out areas to obtain the background effect. The grass is simply a piece of garden green cardstock the I snipped with a scissors. I cut each pair of pants out by hand (sorry ladies). The pants and sentiment images are from the SAB patterned occasions stamp set. This just turned out so cute!
