This beautiful card was inspired by my upline Lyssa Zwolanek. I love the way she used the new 1 1/4 inch Two-Tone Ribbon. The ribbon is beautiful but I was just not sure how to use large ribbon on a card. To make this card, I started by randomly stamping the flowery image, from Blooming with Kindness, in pink pirouette. Once I had the background image stamped, I embossed fancy flower pattern from the Elements of Style stamp and the set using silver embossing powder. Then I added the ribbon. I actually used a ribbon slide to gather up the ribbon in the middle but you can also use buttons or brads and achieve the same look. Very simple but elegant card!
