Well here I go again with the butterfly theme! There is just something so elegant about butterflies, don’t you agree? I designed this card as a swap for our last demonstrator meeting since the theme was “New Catalog” items….and I won the swap contest with this card! 🙂 I was really excited about the new Swallowtail stamp in the Stampin’ Up! Spring catalog. I knew that I wanted to emboss it from the moment I saw it! For this card, I embossed the swallowtail in white on whisper white cardstock. Once embossed, I simply sponged wisteria wonder over the entire butterfly. It is best to start sponging in the middle of the swallowtail and move outwards. After the image is embossed and sponged, you can stamp your sentiment and add some butterflies with the great Stampin’ Up! punches that are available! So simple but yet so elegant!
