This year I have been working on a variety of advent calendars using the “25 & Counting” stamp set! For the advent calendar above, I decorated the outside of each little frame…on the inside, I came up with a variety of “hiding” places for candy or other fun Christmas items. So each day when the kiddos wake up, they check out the “clue” behind the frame and then go off to find their treasures! It’s fun for the kids and a little bit of work for the parents. 🙂
The advent calendar below was designed by Mary Black and Carley Shipley! We completed this project in our Stamp Club this month! Mary and Carley were so wonderful…they had everything all cut out for us so all we had to do was stamp the images and put everything together. Each little advent calendar date covers up a muffin tin spot and are held on by magnets! That way you can place a piece of candy in each of the 24 muffin tin spots and cover it up with the cute decorated advent calendar dates! Such a cool idea! Made a great gift for my new grandson and his family!
