So here is a simple masculine birthday card! I used the new woodgrain embossing folder found in the Stampin’ Up! holiday catalog! Perfect embossing folder for making more masculine cards! First I stamped the “Tool Shed” image, using early espresso ink, onto a 5 x 3 3/4 piece of soft suede cardstock. Then I embossed the image by sending it through the big shot with the woodgrain folder. I embellished the card with some retired library clips, twine and the ruler…which is actually one of the designer series papers that comes in the Fan Fair pack. The “Wish Big” stamp comes from the Bring on the Cake stamp set. My husband enjoyed this card as I gave it to him for his birthday last month!
