This was my first attempt at making a table centerpiece with the big shot rosette die! It turned out absolutely gorgeous!!! I am soooo in love with the rosette die as you can make all different sized rosettes. The die actually cuts and scores everything for you which makes it so easy to assemble.
For this project I used a variety of baby print designer paper that I had on hand. The cardstock colors are certainly celery and bashful blue. Hot glue was my friend for this project as I used it to glue the rosettes and flags to wooden skewers as well as for the layers on the rosettes. I also punched out small 1″ circles from the designer baby paper and threw them in the bottom of the vase along with some mica flakes and plastic pacifiers (which I picked up from a local dollar store).
I hope my daughter and our guests enjoy this centerpiece as much as I do!
Thanks Lori! My daughter loved it (I showed it to her yesterday). 🙂 I just love the rosette die for the big shot! So much easier to use that instead of hand scoring all of the folds. 🙂
This looks amazing! The shower is going to be fantastic for all in attendance! Thanks for sharing!
